Click Bank Charged my credit card for unknown reasons

I noticed a charge on my credit card from an unknown to me source.

The amount is for $39.85 and I have no clue what it is for.

I contacted the credit card company and have to wait for a form to fill out so I can dispute this charge.

I want this charge taken off my bill and I would like to know how it happened.

My card is not lost or stolen.
