Charge VAT TAX When not required

We are an official european company and we have a official VAT TAX ID.

What do this mean well this mean that anyone with a business in Europe and a official VAT ID dont require the pay the VAT tax.

They just need to provide the valid vat tax ID and the VAT Tax dont need to be paid.

Well click bank automaticaly charge vat for any transactions made by someone in Europe.

No way for customers to fill in the VAT ID they have.

I tried to contact click bank customers support to explain that for any payment done using click bank we made a invoice and that some customers don't require to pay this VAT tax.

Also Click Bank have no right to charge the VAT tax we are official european company and we are directly working with our local VAT Dep.

So if anyone need to charge the VAT its us and certainely not Click Bank.

For sure there was no way to find a deal with them or receive any official documents regarding the tax paid.

So we stoped to work with them and now we found a honnest credit card processor who is charging customers in a honnest way and who give the ability to customers to fill in VAT tax ID to prevent them to pay a tax they dont need to pay.
