Terrible service!

DSLextreme has HORRIBLE customer support! I had been a person for quite some time and instantly discovered myself without online sites. I named DSLextremeis tech support team quantity and following a looong delay on-hold was ultimately informed that I had a need to possess a re connect purchase posted. Exactly what the specialist didn't note was he could not publish a re connect purchase, only payment could and so I was without online sites for all more times till I called back and was informed that only payment could help me. Therefore I named payment and: was forever set on store, moved in one individual to a different needing to clarify my issue each time, hung-up on, informed "I'm going to be straight back" simply to be positioned back in to the, "Your phone is essential to us..." limbo for (no exaggeration) 25 minutes! While I eventually achieved a boss and told her what I'd experienced, her solution: "Sorry, that is simply the way in which it's." I expected her easily would be billed for your today 14 days I'd been without web service and undoubtedly was informed that, yes I had been still spending money on low-current support. The ultimate straw was after I informed the boss to stop my consideration and was informed that she wasn't ready to achieve that, I'd to deliver a notice or stop via my low-operating online sites.
