Cloud Nine sales rep, "Haddie" contacted us shortly after we purchased our small business and told us, essentially, the same things other victims report: she could generate more business if we purchased key words, etc. Very high pressure, very skilled scam artist. We were completely sucked in to the tune of thousands of dollars.
All of a sudden the "renewal" phone calls stopped, and when I went to their website, it was gone. I searched the company name on the internet, came upon usacomplaints.com, and was nearly physically ill when I saw the other complaints and realized we were completely taken in.
A few months later the calls started again under a NEW company trying the same scam. I wish I had seen this site earlier, but it was my own fault for being too trusting. Please don't make the same mistake. We'll never see our money again, but have learned a valuable lesson. Under no circumstances should anyone fall for this. Legitimate companies do not pressure you to make decisions "immediately" while they have you on the line.
