Even though the consumer complaints search feature was busy a couple of times, while I was still speaking to these guys on the phone it popped up. Once again a report that saved me from making the big mistake.
As described by the others in this thread, these guys are much trained in high pressure sales.
But, I shocked this guy named James @ 702-835-1500 aka. "Ricky" with the news that I was staring at a consumer complaints on them, he was dumbfounded. Remember, this all occurred while he was guiding me through his scripted on-line demo. He had to put me on hold and check with somebody on what next to tell me. (That wasn't on his script) He came back and tried to reason with me, that if you go to the Better Business Bureau (bbb.com) and check out Wal-Mart, you'll see all the complaints. Therefore, do you stop shopping there? What a logic! I'm familiar with and can touch Wal-Mart.
Simply stated; I don't care to "roll the dice" with marketing people that can't stay off consumer complaints.
