Cloud nine professional business services is a rip-off company - their director of operations murrell sailers and his team should be avoided at all cots or you will be taken as well.
After a year and three months, Cloud Nine Professional Business Services has neglected to complete my business website after paying them $1,095.00 to do so. What they did was give me some piece of crap website that was only maybe a 1/4 done, none of the functions work, only a home page was begun and is so ugly. I have tried my very best to aid them in completing the website by providing a punch list of items to complete, hiring an web person to work with them to complete the website, and also offering to assist my self. I did offer them an opportunity to credit be back $500 - half of what I paid - and they told me
"No sir, there are No refunds. The company hasn't heard from your business in almost a year. I think that our work is complete.

This company has committed a fraudulent act of taking money and not delivering. Consumers beware of this company as they are out there to harm you and not help you.
