I sent my xbox to be repaired through xbox dummy at repair time. I sent it to them on Dec. 3. I got an e-mail on Dec. 5 stating that they recieved my xbox. It was supposed to be repaired and shipped back to me in 3-5 days.
On Dec. 14th I got an e-mail stating it was repaired and would be tested for 3 days and then shipped to me. Since then I have only occassionally recieved e-mails saying that the date of repair has been delayed. Last I heard from the company was on Jan. 29 saying it would be returned on Feb. 18th.
I have tried contacting this company through their website, by replying to e-mails, by phone and by mail and cannot get anyone to answer me.
My latest request on Feb. 1 was for them to return my system to me as is. I did not even request a refund of my $89.00. I just want my system back. As of Feb. 5, they have not responded... What a surprise!
