False Statements & Still No Product

I would like to report "Repair_Time" aka "XboxDummy". First I was looking for a company that would repair my xbox 360, after searching for awhile, I found "xboxdummy.com". On their website they stated that the turn around was 3-5 business days 2 days to test the product after they fixed it.

This sounded good to me, so I bought there bronze package which came to a total of $84.90. I filled out their order form and I sent my xbox to this company on October 24.

On Novemeber 5th I sent them an e-mail stating that I wanted to know about my xbox. Here is what I got back:

Dear XBOX 360 Owner,
We apologize about the delay. Please bare with us, we have a lot of systems in this month. Your XBOX 360 has been repaired and will be tested for a 5 day trial period to ensure that everything is working properly. You will be contacted soon after with the results.

Thank you Team XBOX Dummy

Eight days later I recieve another e-mail from them stating:
Dear XBOX 360 Owner,

Bare with us we are a little behind.
Your XBOX 360 has been repaired and is on its way back to you. A tracking number will be sent by email within 24 hours.

Thank you Team XBOX Dummy.

Well needless to say I got a number 3 days later via email through usps. When I looked it up alll that it stated:
The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on November 25 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. No further information is available for this item.

Fast forwarding to December 14 (by this time I have sent countless e-mails and called) I finally get an e-mail stating:
Dear Xbox 360 Owner,
Your Xbox has been repaired and shipped back to you. You should receive the Xbox console this Thursday USPS. Sorry about the delay, but our company has had major shipping issues.

This was the last time I've heard from them. I have e-mailed and called several times. I gave them a warning today. But I have had enough. I still have not recieved my xbox as of December 31.
