Sold worthless product, promise 30 day refund & support, deliver neither!

I got Blaze Audios RipEditBurn Plus which promised to record DVDs and from my iPod. On their website they promise a 30 day money back guarantee and say they offer support and discussion groups.

After trying to use it for a week I found out it only recorded sound from DVDs not the video and it will not extract music from my iPod. Nobody in their support department has answered my 4 emails, they don't answer their phone, I can't get my money back, and they shut down their discussion groups.

Blaze Audio is a serious ripoff and someone needs to stop this.
