Selling software that doesn't work and promising refunds and support

I'm another victum of the blaze audio scam. They promise quick support help but don't answer support questions and shut down any discussion groups 'cuz some of us who had been ripped off by them were posting questions asking where our money was or if we could at least get some help.

At least 2 of there programs have been trashed on download.com by other people who can't get them to work.
