I ordered the TV series Homefront on DVDs, advertised as new and of excellent audio and video quality. I received the DVDs and they are of such poor audio and video quality that they are not really watchable. I have emailed the website's support but have received no response. The DVDs are obviously pirated copies, copied on a very poor recorder and sent from China. The DVD's are labelled by hand as 1,2, 3,5, 6,6, etc.
