Promised BRAND NEW Sent Used Dvds, Appears to be Low Quality Copies of an Orginial, scratched video/audio breaking up

This internet site "tvdvdcloseouts.com" has rip off many consumers and will continue to so.

This site states that these dvds are "brand new, in stock and ready to ship".

They also state that the dvds are of excellent video and audio quality yet they are used and appears to be copies of an orginal VHS. The dvds were send in VHS container, they were scratched with the audio and video breaking up.

This box set did not the contain the custom artwork has stated on the web site.

I have made a copy of the web site page, this page clearly shows that they are a fraudulent web site and needs to be shut down.
