This fraudulent "company" charged $2.97 then $39.97 to my credit card a day after I had cancelled my account with an internet service which uses their payment services to charge customers. When I saw my credit card bill I immediately tried calling their toll-free number but was given the option of either leaving a voicemail or talking to a customer service representative. I chose to speak with customer service but was promptly put on hold... Forever. I tried again but was told that the person I was trying to reach was not available. I emailed their "24-hour" customer service but never received an email back. My credit card company is filing a dispute claim with them but I fear that they will continue to charge my account, even if I receive a new rollover account number. There seems to be no way out of this complete mess.
