Atala Designs began showing up with a $11.89 charge on my credit card. As soon as I would dispute the charge, the following day, another charge would show up. After the second filing of an afidafit with my credit card company, I have cancelled that account, and am wondering if others are seeking legal retribution against this fraudulent company!
Beware! When calling the company at the number provided on my statement, I am only able to reach a voice messaging service.
