Magellan GPS
Sold me a map advertised as new. The map is over 16 months old

I purchased a map from the Magellan web site in December for my Road Mate 3000T North America GPS unit. The web site sells this Map as a new upgrade, however the map is dated 3rd quarter of 2006.

Most of the streets on the map are outdated. The gas stations and restaraunts are outdated.

I paid $70.00 for this update. I contacted the Company through their website, and was told I could do nothing about it.
