Magellan gps
Sold outdated upgrade

I bought a Magellan update dated 2009 the updated version did not have a major throughfair that was completed in early 2008. The reason we bought this update was because this highway was not on the gps and it showed you driving accross unmarked fields. When I contacted Magellan the customer service person said that the update only included information from 2007 and early 2008. The 2009 date was the date, evidently that the box was made. They all value the consumer spending but don't hold up their end of the price
