I bought a Magellan design 360 GPS in December. The road brands in Sebring, FL. Have been changed twelve months earlier plus they weren't updated within the Magellan GPS. I had been informed there is none available yet. 3 months later I had been informed the same, delay only a little longer and an update must be available.in August they stated there wouldn't be considered a chart update and that I would need to submit my device and trade to get a newer design. The price to get this done is $190, the price of a brand new one from Radio Shack is $199. Exactly what a package, a $9 discount to have gone an item which was faulty from the beginning. The calls to India are annoying to express minimal. A half-hour plus lost for every phone made. Do not spend your own time with Magellan.
