I ordered a used laptop from laptopoutlet.com - They said it had an OS win 98-New Battery-Was in good shape - It came with a damaged screen with a 1 inch burn-NO OS - It would only boot for a second and die with no power - Has mother board damage - Dead battery and more. I sent it back and they will not return my money or call. They do have a report from the BBB on them. Bureau File Experience
