After a network outage with my provider, I couldn't get back on the internet. AT&T got me connected with a direct line from the modem, but said I needed to contact Linksys to get the new codes for the router to work.
I contacted Linksys, who took my model number & serial # and told me I was out of warranty, and they wouldn't give me ANY help without paying a $32.95 charge. No help whatsoever.
I finally found a knowledgeable tech support person at AT&T who had me make 2 slight changes (2 minutes time) and I'm back up.
I'll surely never deal with Linksys again. They have no respect and no regard for their customers any longer.
