Naxpmedia failed to send murchandise that was paid for, by credit card. The merchandise was ordered on Dec. 31 and as of 1/13/07 the ups coompany - the company they said would be shipping the merchandise does not have the order. Also when this company was e-mailed about the problems concering the order they failed to respond. The e-mail also stated that when i tryed to check on products ordered my order did not show in my account.
