I ordered a laptop battery for my Acer Aspire 3680 back in November. I received the battery 12/13/07. It would not hold a charge.
I emailed with no response. I called twice, and was given an RMA number. I returned the battery. I retained the UPS tracking showing it was received by them.
I have heard nothing. I have emailed. My next step is send them a certified letter.
Next, I will report them to the Attorney General's office of Missouri and Maryland.
