I'm reporting this for my father. He cancelled PeoplePC, and they charged him for the last time: no problem. Now, however, they just charged again.
We called customer service which said they would have given a confirmation number and asked for it, however he never received any such number, when he cancelled it (January 3rd) he was told it was no problem and done. According to PeoplePC he hasn't cancelled it.
That was fine, he asked for his money back. They told him it was impossible to return it... However it's just a charge-back on a debit card, which is not impossible. So he told her not to give him the customer service junk and asked how they were going to return his money, but the PeoplePC employee insisted that a refund was impossible.
Furthermore, however, I don't live with my father, he just isn't too web savvy, so I do things like this for him. Thus though the city displayed below is mine, it's not his or the one PeoplePC know about.
Other than that... I've reported the company to my local New-Media venue. Hopefully this company will be on state-wide T.V. Tonight.:) If the editor gets this, might you make a suggestion to the other readers to do the same in their areas.:) Thanks.
