About 2 months ago I heard about Hydroxatone on the radio and called the toll free number. The salesperson told me that all I had to do if for any reason I was dissatisfied with the product was call and cancel. I would then be refunded my money.
I was unhappy with the product. I called to cancel. I was informed that I had to return the empty bottles. The customer service person made it sound very difficult to get my money back, even though I told her that no mention had been made of those things at the time of the sale.
I told the customer service rep that I was in the process of moving and that the empty bottles had probably been thrown away. I also stated that If I had been told that this was the only way to get my money back, I would never ordered the product.
Damage Resulting
I was charged 139.00 for a product that did not do what it was advertised to do. I gained no benefit and when I followed the instructions I was given by the salesman to get my money back, I was told something completely different.
