I cancelled service in May 06 and they didn't give me a cancellation number. On Aug. 28 I was reviewing my bank statements and saw they charged me for July and August.
I've gone to my bank and they are willing to help but need me to fill out some paperwork. I called PeoplePC and they deny that I cancelled, gave me a lot of doubletalk. They said without a cancellation # they can't do anything. I have cancelled again and received a canc.# but can't get my money back.
