My husband and I ordered a computer thru this company in September. We were told that after 5 payments the computer would be sent out. We have been calling for the last 4 months and have been getting the run around.
Every time we call we are on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes and then they tell us there is more paperwork to fill out before the product can be ordered and shipped.
We also tried logging into the website to track our account and it just keeps sending us back to the log in page. When we called and asked about this they said it must just be a problem with the site, but this has been going on for over a week now.
The problem with the website made us even more suspicious, so I e-mailed Dell (who the company said they ordered the computers thru) and Dell replyed back that they have no records of doing business with Guaranteed Consumer Funding.
If anyone can help us to get out of this contract and get our money back it would be greatly appreaciated.
