I wish I had found this website before I gave my money to this company. What's interesting about this company is I think they think they are a real business. They promised me a functional website within 10 business days to 2 weeks. All I had after that amount of time had passed was a mock-up of a homepage with misspelling and lame flash work. After sending an email to both my sales rep and project mgr, and calling both (leaving a message with the sales rep) and getting no response, I spoke with my credit card company, who suggested that I immediately submit a claim. It wasn't until almost two weeks later—when the charge back came to them—that some guy named "Bob" called me. The conversation did not go well. After a long fight and me calling him back, Bob said that he didn't have time to argue with me and would not dispute the charge back. He admitted that someone on their end "might" have dropped the ball, but said that I didn't try hard enough to communicate with them. I don't know about everyone else, but out here in the real world—Bob—emailing & calling both contacts you have with a company is a pretty standard form of communication. He was basically trying to place blame on me for not trying hard enough to get them to do their job.

The best part was that I did not get any communication from their company what so ever for over 20 days—20 days!!! —and they only contacted me because I took my money back from them.
