Read before ordering anything from World Class Ink.
I did an online order for 2 ink cartridges on 7/18/07. My credit card was charged on 7/19/07. As of 8/8/07, I have not received my items.
I emailed them on 7/31,8/6, no response have been received. I have been calling the toll free number, and I would get a recording that all agents are busy, call back later.
Finally this morning I spoke with a real person. She told me the only person who can cancel my order stepped out, she would relay my cancellation message. I asked for this person's name so incase I need to call back, I would know who to ask for, she told me she couldn't reveal this information.
She said her name was Lulu, but I told her it didn't matter b/c she couldn't help me anyway. I asked her if this person was real or just fictious and if they were a real company. She got mad and hung up on me. I think legitimate companies would have no problem giving out contact information.
Well, I'm back to emailing them again, and calling. I have contacted my credit card company, but this will take a lot of time. Apparently, if there is no promised or expected date for shipment (which there wasn't on my order confirmation), the cc company cannot do much at this time.
