Dell still waiting Texas

I have been trying to get get my inspiron 1521 fixes now sinces the middle of nov/07 they will not answer emails, when you do get ahold of somboby after waiting 30min. To an hour, they will tellyou there coumputer is down call back in 2 hours. 1 month later and there coumputer are still down HELP! Customer number xx116 case#xx688
