Bought first laptop crashed in a couple hours. Bought second same day.in one day from two different Best Buys. They both after turning off and later turning ultrabooks back on, they both would not reboot past the Dell logo. I even called Dell support and had to return product. Thought three time a charm and went on base, bought the same model different number (anti price matching number that is) started out great, but once again I left laptop off while I was away, and now back to dell logo. Epic Fail. Suggest buy another model or brand, last resort is to wait till Dell fixes thier problem. (Killeen Teaxas area)
