Wireless Unlocking
Wireless unlocking can't unlock my cell phone after taking my payment, and refuse to refund me as they promised

I paid wireless unlocking for unlocking my cell, and they said they couldn't do it and they would refund me within 7 days, since then, it's been more than two weeks, no any information given, and i tried to email them and no response at all.
