With my service provider going out of business, I needed an unlock code for my Motorola V173. I did a web search and found Wireless Unlocking, and paid them the $10 fee thru PayPal. That was on 12/11/07.
They sent me an email saying, "We cannot locate an unlock that matches these payment details." I wrote back with those details.
Then I checked complaint and noticed the complaints. I sent them an email saying if they did not provide the advertised service in timely fashion, I would file on usacomplaints.com. They wrote back on 12/11/07, saying they would refund the money and cease the transaction. They never refunded the money.
