I've been fighting with Verizon DSL Payment since January 07. I'd difficulty using their providers from Dec. July after I first mounted their application. Our telephone support went for around 5 times. Lastly following a lineman examined the contacts, they decided it had been from the error once the workplace linked the DSL. Our payment hasn't been directly because becoming a member of their DSL. It appears each month I've togo through the Software addressing run-around to obtain somebody about the telephone to protest to. Obviously changes are created to my statement and then month, do not ya understand the statement is doubled or tripled.in June 06, I received an extraordinarily large statement. After going right through the telephone run-around of move for this department which division, I'm eventually informed that Verizon has billed me back again to December 06 for Internet-Games and Protection that we did not purchase. Changes were created again. I received a phone from Verizon declaring that my restricted long-distance dial-up had been transformed at free towards the Independence Bundle which my statement will be the same or reduce. The long-distance was no cost. The following month my bill tripled. Again I'm fighting together. Obviously changes were created. From the end-of the month I receive an email informing me that I'd required my DSL stopped. I'dn't. Again I'm fighting using their DSL Payment. I'm subsequently advised it's to-go via a remove stage after which be re installed. After 14 days I've no DSL and am constantly informed to provide them another week. Lastly I'm still receiving large expenses in Sept. 06. I contact DSL payment and undoubtedly all-is modified. I deliver DSL a duplicate of an email verification of what my statement is combined with the cost. Do not ya realize that next statement is quadrupled. Therefore, I'm fighting together again. You know what. They're charging me for just two reports when they reduce my support down in September so when they began it back the very first week in Oct. 07. Therefore, I delivered the cost due in Nov. 07 for that month of Oct. 07 combined with the records in the phone to DSL. I still cant work out how they escape with payment ahead of time for something which was not employed however. Therefore, today I'm cringing since my Statement for Nov. 07 is coming soon. Today someday my cellphone went dead. I delivered an email to my cousin along side my bill number and requested her to contact them for me personally. She shipped back they informed her the first they might get somebody out could be 26 Dec. 07. And so I will soon be 9 times with no telephone. View the statement for that one. I've attempted to get hold of them online which is a larger run-around than looking to get after dark software telephone ranger. Every time I attempt, my already-established email address for my consideration is located to become unacceptable. However now, obviously there's nowhere on some of their website websites to get hold of support if you don't have your email address. I are in possession of 72 pages of records obtained since Dec. July and Nov. 07 that we am delivering towards the West Virginia Attorneygeneral's Office Of Consumer Protection. If anybody knows of the great telephone business, please let me understand.
