Offered service but fraudulently charged more than authorized and service doesn't work eithe

This website offered a lieftime membership for $26 and when you say OK it charged $41 to your credit card. They say they have a 7 day satisfaction guarantee but you cannot reach them within that seven day period to cancel. They provide shareware software for this fee that can be found free anywhere else and should not be allowed to charge more than you authorize.
