I purchased 2 laptops with printers for my children. HP offered no interest credit and $50 rebates for each printer. This made the laptops very attractively priced. I completed the rebate forms, attached the UPC labels from the boxes and sent them in within the specified time. Several months later I got what I thought was 2 checks only to find that they were saying I did not send in the appropriate information. I then made copies of the copies I had kept (thank goodness) and sent them back - I have not heard a thing since. It has been almost a year. They do not respond to my email requests for information.
In addition, regarding the 0% interest, I made my payments on time and when the 0% interest ended I expected to be charged interest from that date forward.instead they back charged me for the interest from the date of inception. They claim it was "in small print" but I never saw that -
I will never do business with the online HP shopping ever again. They are not interested in customer service just the bottom line.
