Dear Madam/Sir
I received an email recently to sign up to Internet TV on my PC. I tought the offer looked good value. I signed up with confidence as the website assured me that there was a 7 day money back guarantee.

After downloading the software and installing it I found that the service was not what I expected and extremely poor value for money. Many of the channels available are available for free over the net. When I re-visited the website I found that there wa no way I could get in contact with the company to claim my money back.

Im very disssapointed with the service and would like this website to be listed on your complaint database
