Be careful with this company. I should have researched prior to signing up with them. They have no phone number you can call and talk to someone and their customer service is poor. When you ask for assistance via email which is the only way you can get ahold of them they simply email you back to read the user manual. When I asked for a refund in conjunction with the 30 day money back guarantee they offer they went silent on me. No one would respond to my emails. Please don't sign up with them. There are other companies that provied web chat for your website. They are a little pricer but you get what you pay for.
