Hello I ordered 15 million email addresses on disks for $513 from bulklist.com They have right on their site 100% money back guarantee. Within hours after sending these emails out I was told and got emails from my internet service provider, web site that I have, and my domain name server for my web site that they got complaints of me sending out these emails.
They told me that it is spam, and that I am not allowed to send those emails out. They also told me that if they get any more complaints that they will disconnect me. So if I use this soft ware I will be disconnected from my web site, my domain name server, and also my internet service provider.
I will not even be allowed to have internet service if I use this software. So this soft ware is useless to me if I am not even allowed to use it.
I called the company and asked for my money back. They said they did their part by sending the soft ware. I told them it says 100% money back guarantee right on the website, and that they told me it was 100% money back guarantee right on the phone when I ordered it if I am not completely satisfied with it.
They will not give me my money back. I have emailed them so many time it is unreal asking them for my money back on the 100% money back guarantee, and telling them what all happened. They will not get back with me, and they just ignore all of my emails. Saying 100% money back guarantee right on website, and not giving people their money back when they ask for it is fraud. Also they have on their site an affiliate program. It says join us in our multi million dollar business.
So that is really bad if they are making millions of dollars ripping people off, selling them stuff that they are not even allowed to use, and offering a 100% money back guarantee then not responding to emails, and ignoring people when they ask for their money back on that 100% money back guarantee.
Can you please help put an end to them ripping people off by selling them stuff they are not even allowed to use, and frauding them by offering 100% money back guarantee, then ignoring people that are trying to get their money back on that 100% money back guarantee. And help me get my money back on their 100% money back guarantee that they have right on their website.
