Service has not worked for several months (doesn't even log in). Customer support does not respond to emails. No refund, and company is still accepting payments fully aware the service is not working. Illegal and fraudulent.
Quote from the one support email that was responded to:
Due to some major server hacking and malfunctioning, our bots have been down. Our team is working very hard to bring everything back up to functioning properly. This may also be delayed due to the recent major fires spread across California.
Our team should have the program up and running very soon. Please keep checking back for updates.
