I got the software downloaded, tried it out. Support was very helpful. I decided to purchase the software offered on the site, once I had done this and logged in, the program barely worked. Of my 600 firends list, only about 200 of them got the comment. After a while I had some problems with my computer and had to re-format. I lost my activation number in the process, I contacted their support center to get it re-sent to me, but to no avail. It's been over 5 months now and they are still not giving me any help.
