This company ripped off my checking account for 14.95 and 49.95 on the same day resulting in 70.00 in overdraft/returned check fees. The only contact was through live chat with a ditz named amy. She said that they were customer service for onyx platinum visa. She also claimed that the card issuer was New Millenium Bank. The phone number she gave me doesnt even belong to that bank. The charges were for account fees for any account i never set up. They fraudulently took the money from my account. I requested that they reimburse the overdraft fees. They said that they wouldn't do that. I filed a complain with the better business bureau.
