After being contacted by TRS card services, i was informed that the credit limit on the card would be $6000.00, after they received the $209.00 processing fee, which was deducted within 1 week from my checking account.
I was also informed of my cards arrival between 4 to 6 weeks when i did'nt receive my card after 3 months i phoned card services, and they informed me that my card would arrive soon.
Approximately 2 weeks after my conversation with card services i received a fake card attached to a letter that read that my credit limit was'nt $6000.00.
That this card would be like a debit card than a credit card, that i could only get from the credit card what i deposited into this account.
The representative said, quote "they only tell people that to get them to purchase the credit card. So i spoke with a manager and requested them to refund my $209.00 and cancel the credit card.
As of today, after continuously speaking with that manager, which informed me several times that my money would be returned within 6 weeks, i have not received my $209.00, and it has been over 1 year.
