Company is full of idiots. I have been trying to cancel their service for few month. They can not charge my credit card and I followed all the steps for cancellation that they have on their website but they do not want to cancel my service which is $3.99 per month. They keep billing me and knowing that I do not have last 4 numbers or my credit card because it was lost they keep asking for it. I hate this company and hate that I have to deal with group of people who refuse to assist knowing my situation. Below is the response that I received. I do not want to talk to anyone I just want to cancel it.instead of cancelling they came up with condition that I can not satisfy.
