The verizon service I have received has been inferior and impotent in resolving my VIOS tv delimna. I made a payment at noon with bill pay, confirmation 03704A, and my service has still not been restored. I am disillusioned with Verizon and am thinking of changing to another internet providers due to wait time, and overall lack of communication. This should have been handled a long time ago, but obviously Verizon is illequipped and understaffed to provide satisfactory service!
