After several years of purchasing from the web, I have recently had a bad experience that cost me $63. I ordered some shirts for gifts last December (2004).
When I heard nothing about the order, I called and spoke to someone who told me that some items (baby items) were back ordered. He didn't know when they would be available. I decided to wait. (Big mistake).
A week or two later, when I still hadn't heard about this order, I emailed to cancel the order and asked for confirmation. I received no reply. My account was charged for, and paid for the items, and I received nothing.
Yesterday I emailed again and asked for the items or a refund. I have an account and one can see if a sent email was read or not. My email was read and I have yet to receive any reply about tbis matter. I would like the items or a refund.
