On October 14, I ordered over $500 of great looking terra cotta switchplates at switchplatesinstone.com. They charged my card on the 15th & all items were supposedly in stock & shipping the next business day.
It has been over 3 weeks, and I have no product yet. I have sent 2 emails & received no reply. I have used their online customer service contact form twice, no reply. I wish I had noticed at the time I was purchasing that they do not list a phone number for contact. That's a red flag!
I hope the owner can straighten this out & ship my items immediately, or at the very least reply to my very polite inquiries.
