I was paying for a computer that they promise and they was withdrawing 35.99 every friday from my acct

I feel that it is fraud because i was paying on this computer ever since january and they never ship it to me and i feel that they need to pay me all of my money back to me they started taking money out of my acct in january all the way thru august they are a ripoff and that is fraud
