Financing Alternatives
On june 01 i called the company to confirm my delivery date for the computer. She tells me i would not be getting my computer equipment for another 120 days

July 01 i called financing alternative spoke with cust serv to confirm my delivery date. I was assured that the computer would be delivered, eight to ten days from july 29.

July 30 i called cust serv to make sure the delivery date would be on task, i spoke with a lady, she said that the computer would not be delivered for another 120 days, due to shipping delays.

Since august 1 i have been trying to contact the office by phone. Voice mail comes on saying office close call back another time. I am having a hard time of excepting this. I kept my promise for all requirements. I feel as business the company should be responsible in the same way. I have not stopped payments at this time, the lady in cust serv said if i do i would loose all payments i invested. I not sure on what to do.
