I have paid over 1000 on a computer out of my checking account and have not received it spoken with someone on numerous occassions said that they were backed up now i am unable to get anyone on the phone or through email

I went through Financing alternative inc to purchase a computer i have maid payments every other week since feb it is now oct and i am unable to contact anyone and unable to get my computer i would like to get my money back and / or my computer. The times i did speak with someone i was told that they were backed up but now i have seen other reports where people did not get their merchandise.
