Refused to cancell account and continued to make eft's from my bank without authorization for over a year

In July I cancelled my service with Peoplpe PC both online and via phone. It was necessary due to impending demolition of the building where I was working and removal of phone line on which I received service.

Having no internet access and not attempting to utilize their service again, I was not prepared to find out they were still removing funds from my account, and doing so without billing me or receiving any authorization.

I initiated my account via check and subsequintly paid a couple of bills on line via eft, but never authorized continued efts from my account.

These people are a menace in the business and need to be made to pay. A few hundred dollars may not be a lot of money to one individual, but how many times has this occured without reparation.

I was told today to call back in 5-7 business days to see if they would listen to my complaint.

I can ill afford to lose hundreds of dollars with nothing to show for it.
