I pulled up my credit card information tonight online, only to find out that this company has pulled 10.95 off of my credit card. I don't know this company and have never heard of them before. So I call them and they are not open. I proceeded to take the option to cancel my account with them that I never knew I had. Which you can do through the phone. I then called my credit card company and I had to cancel that card and have a new one sent to me with a different #. This is a huge problem, I am a single Mother of 2 children and can't afford to have people taking money from me. There is no address for this company on their website to get ahold of them but believe I will be calling them bright and early in the morning. This doesn't seem like alot of money but what if they tried to do this every month. And what about the people that don't check their account. Think of the money these people could be getting. They are really doing a number on people. I am very upset about this. And it doesn't seem like I am getting the help I should.
